Transcripts
In Person

Alumni can come to institute and apply for transcripts by carrying the required documents as mentioned below, pay the transcript fee in Accounts department and submit their documents in Examination department. In case of offline application, submission of documents, payment, receipt of transcript is necessarily to be done in person. Currently in-person applications have been suspended in the wake of pandemic.

Online

Alumni can mail their below listed documents to dharmastudies@somaiya.edu in pdf format with Transcript Form. Transcripts processing fees can be transferred by NEFT using the details shared below. The Exam department will coordinate with Accounts department, get the transcript processed and electronically transfer it to required agencies by courier it to alums.

Documents Required
  • Duly filled Transcript form - Link
  • Scan copy or self-attested all Semester mark sheets issued by the college/University.
  • Convocation Degree certificate.
  • Online payment receipt with transaction id. (Request without payment of requisite fees will not be considered for further processing)
The Charges for Transcript as follows:

Rs.1000 - Against application in prescribed format – 5 copies
