Program Officer - Center for Strategic Industry Partnerships (CSIP)

Job Description

 

Qualification: Graduate in Science.

Required Experience:

 • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant administrative or academic coordination experience; prior experience in CSR activities, desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online meeting tools (Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, etc.)

Job Description:

• Coordinate end-to-end activities related to academic/executive education programs, including admissions, scheduling, logistics, and communication.
• Serve as the point of contact for academic institutions and students
• Assist the Program Manager to co-ordinate with faculty, and guest speakers for assigned programs.
• Facilitate classroom and online delivery by ensuring all teaching materials, venues, and technologies are in place and functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of program participants, attendance, assessments, and feedback.
• Verify the student documents and filing the same, as per requirements.
• Work with Manager- prepare academic calendars and timetables.
• Manage correspondence related to the program – emails, announcements, certifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Finance, IT, Admin, and Communication for smooth program delivery.
• Assist in promotional & outreach activities, marketing, and admissions processes as needed.
• Provide post-program support, such as alumni coordination and reporting.
• Assist the Manager, Industry Partnerships with Placement of students.
